The hotel rooms are modern and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. - the hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center, the main train station, and Market Ballaro.

Had the a double room and it was new-fashioned with 2 beds. Included a dining area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The location was absolutely perfect and prime - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We often went to Il Chioschetto to pick up some food.

this accommodation had a central setting in palermo. moreover, it was right by the cafe and center.

The room at Monte Palace Palermo was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the laptop-friendly workspace. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble flooring in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might still enjoy it.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs, being very close to the train station. It made it easy for us to explore the city and also to catch our train to the airport. the room rates were very reasonable, which was a definite advantage. We appreciated the fact that we were able to check in early and the shared kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a meal.

The size of the room was quite small, making it a bit cramped for us to move around comfortably. The lack of natural light in the room was also a downside, as it made the space feel a bit claustrophobic.

I was really surprised by the excellent location of the hotel. Being just a short walk away from the train station, it made it convenient for my travels. The reasonable price was also a great bonus.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming and elegant decorations throughout the hotel. The antique furniture and beautiful artwork gave it a sophisticated ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for senior guests like myself. the hotel's accessibility was exceptional, with ramps and handrails strategically placed to assist us with our mobility.

I would have appreciated if the children working there had offered assistance with carrying our luggage to the room.
